Your journey begins with an early pick-up from your accommodation in Fes. Leaving the city behind, you will travel through the scenic landscapes of the Middle Atlas Mountains. The first stop is Ifrane, known for its alpine architecture and peaceful parks.
Next, continue to the cedar forests of Azrou, where you may encounter the famous Barbary macaques in their natural habitat. After lunch in the town of Midelt, the journey continues through the spectacular Ziz Valley, famous for its palm groves and panoramic desert views.
By late afternoon you will arrive in Merzouga, located at the edge of the Sahara Desert. Here you will swap your vehicle for camels and begin a memorable camel trek across the Erg Chebbi dunes. Enjoy a beautiful desert sunset before reaching your camp, where you will have dinner and spend the night under the star-filled sky accompanied by traditional Berber music.
Wake early to witness the spectacular sunrise over the Sahara dunes, an unforgettable desert moment. After breakfast, return by camel to Merzouga and continue the journey toward the Todra Gorge, passing through the historic town of Rissani, known for its traditional markets and desert heritage.
Upon reaching Todra Gorge, take time to explore the dramatic canyon with its towering cliffs and peaceful river.
